Dosage and Administration
Orligal (Orlistat) is a capsule that should be used only as per prescribed amounts by your doctor. It should be taken with a whole glass of water, without or with food. Therefore, make sure to have the capsule within an hour of any fatty meal. If you happen to eat a meal without fat or are skipping a meal, you can also skip the dosage just for that time.
