Melalite forte Cream 4% (Hydroquinone) is used to lighten dark skin patches caused by hyperpigmentation, freckles, melasma, age spots, and chloasma. Melalite forte is what causes the brown pigmentation on the skin. It decreases the formation of melanin in those areas. It causes the breakdown of melanosomes by inhibiting the activity of the enzyme tyrosinase, which produces Melalite forte. The bleaching effects become visible in about a month usually.
