Careprost (Bimatoprost ophthalmic) is a liquid form of Bimatoprost ophthalmic containing 0.03% per ml. It is prescribed to treat glaucoma patients with intraocular pressure (IOP). The eye drop helps drain the excess fluid from the eye, which decreases pressure and prevents eyesight loss. The eye drops also have other uses such as in the treatment of hypotrichosis, which is characterized by an insufficient or abnormal eyelash growth. The eye drops help patients grow thicker, longer and darker eyelashes.
