Dideral (Propranolol Hydrochloride) is available in tablet form of 50 tablets per pack which contains the active ingredient, propranolol hydrochloride at 40 mg strength. Dideral is prescribed mainly to patients who are suffering from cardiac problems, tremors, chest pain, heart rhythm issues, hypertension, and pheochromocytoma.
